wxPythonui update

All,

I just uploaded a new version of the wxPython ui.  The newest changes in
this version are the addition of a graphical alias manager.

Requires:
  Lyntin 4.0 
  wxpythonui.py  - the actual ui
  wxpui_forms.py  - contains the gui forms

Added functionality includes being able to...
1.  visually add/edit/delete aliases. 
2.  browse for a file and read it into Lyntin.

At the moment it doesnt allow you to save them from the gui, but as
always you can do a #write.

I am also working on the same functionality for actions, and the save
should be implemented not soon after...
