Um...  use the regular logger.  There's a stripansi option--if you set
that to false, then it'll log all data from the mud and the user and it
won't strip the ansi.

If you want the user input commands in a specific format, then delve into
the logger code (lyntin/modules/logger.py) and adjust the tomudFilter
method.

I think that answers your question.  If not, provide more detail about
what you're trying to do and what you want the outcome to be.
