Hrm, I just checked the link and it works for me.

As far as the packaging goes, it's just some hackery I put together
to make it easy for me to package 3rdparty apps - not really fit for
public consumption.  Feel free to to better; when you do, I'll surely
take advantage of it.  This was just to 'scratch my itch' of not having
a .deb of lyntin, shared since others seem to have the same itch.  I'm
not really interested in becoming a permanent .deb maintainer.
