The way I've organized it is as a stand-alone app, and has some build prerequisites for the Mac. As such, the source is entirely separate from the lyntin source, requiring only the very simple cocoaui.py in the ui package. I propose distributing the Mac source code either separately and/or in its own directory in the lyntin distribution, with its own build instructions. Binary distributions should also be made available. I'm currently working with Mark E, and two other testers. Its fairly remarkable how stable it is, I've been using exclusively since I announced it on this list. What I'd like to do is provide a section on my website (when I have time in a week or two to get it going) that can detail development progress on the Mac OS X client apart from the main lyntin library. I expect to add some handy UI elements that one would expect from a GUI client, and perhaps eventually some of the code for these can be abstracted for any GUI client and moved into the lyntin main source as hooks, etc. On Oct 27, 2004, at 4:20 AM, Eugene wrote: > On Fri, 22 Oct 2004 16:32:23 -0700 > Joshua Kifer <[email protected]> wrote: >> Hey folks, >> I've just completed a basic Cocoa (Mac OS X) front end to Lyntin.
