I wrote it originally a few years ago.  I never wrote a setup guide, 
though it's possible someone else has in the time that's passed.

I don't know if there are other mappers out there.  If there are, you 
might want to use one of them instead.  I haven't touched wbgmapper in 2 
or 3 years (including using it), so I think I'd have to dive into the code 
to remember what was there.
