curses ui crashes

I'm running the latest version of Lyntin in CVS with the cursesui on 
Ubuntu Linux 05.10 and it crashes every 10 minutes or so with:

Shutting down...Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "/home/willg/bluesock/lyntin40/lyntin/engine.py", line 1069, in 
main
     Engine.instance._ui.runui()
   File "/home/willg/bluesock/lyntin40/lyntin/ui/cursesui.py", line 731, in 
runui    (i, o, x) = select.select(select_input_list, [], [], 
select_timeout)
error: (4, 'Interrupted system call')
goodbye.

I'm not doing anything that I know of to cause this--it just happens every 
10 minutes or so.

Any ideas?
