cvs to svn

I'll put in a request to switch the repository from CVS to SVN right now. 
It'll probably take until Sunday for SF to do their thing and then for me 
to update the SF project configuration.

Beyond that, I think it sounds like a good idea to update the existing 
web-site, probably move things from the wiki to plain-text pages, and 
leave it at that for now.

Any thoughts?
