cvs to svn

I (finally) got a response to the bug I opened regarding migrating from 
CVS to SVN.  Turns out they no longer migrate you anymore, you have to do 
most of the work yourself.

I skimmed the documentation on how to do this and it's complex and 
nontrivial.  While I'd like Lyntin to switch over to Subversion, I'm not 
going to get around to figuring it out anytime soon.
