lyntin 4.2 released!

I release Lyntin 4.2.  Took a long time to get around to doing, but now 
it's done.  Details on the web-site.

I'm done with Lyntin at this point.  If Eugene is also done and someone 
else wants to pick up the torch, let us know on the lyntin-devl list.
