Question on the "Anteres Kid" level

Hi all,

I got the "Anteres Kid" level a few days ago (I find an easier way to 
have a lot more chance to win a game with a 138 difficulty level) and 
I did not see any difference in option when starting a new game.  
According to a previous E-Mail post here, we should be able to start 
game with a maximum difficulty level of 145 instead of 140.  I am not 
able to start a game with a difficulty level higher than 140.  I am 
using version 1.0.4.
