Hmmm. I am running Palm OS 4.1, and I can reproduce it pretty reliably. After 
I win a game, and go see the victory screen, I create a new game. If I exit 
before taking any turns on the new game, I will get a fatal exception that 
locks up my Clie', requiring pushing the reset button on the back (the screen 
button is unresponsive). As a matter of fact, I had to do just that when I 
went to check my OS version (last thing I did on my Palm was win a game and 
create a new game).
