fixes for upcoming 1.0.5

Heya everyone,

It has been a while, but we are working on some fixes. We hope to release it
over the next couple of weeks. There is still a crash that a few people have
reported and we would like fix that before we ship the next version. Here is
a list of some of the fixes we have finished already:

1.0.5
    + fixed number to build in build-ships dialog not updating
        correctly when allow-debt checkbox is selected
    + fixed bug where pre-blown up supernova planets were unable to be
        selected
    + fixed "Orbitting" spelling mistake in List All ships.
    + fixed bug where phantom ships would show up in Fleet dialog
    + fixed bug where colors for the planet spending bars would be pink
        instead of proper colors
    + added jump to appropriate planet when a fleet is clicked on in List
        All Fleets dialog

We'll give everyone a heads up when we are close to shipping it.
