bug (display only)

If I go to the Build screen, select any type of ship (so the Speed has
a value), then use the drop-down list to build a Satellite.  The Range
value drops to 0, but the Spd value doesn't change from whatever it
was.  As far as I can tell, this doesn't affect the money or metal
cost of the satellite, but it will maintain that Spd value whenever
you build them.
