The two PRs Dominique referenced here are fixed. The problem here persists on
current mainline, 17.
Flang does give the correct result. As wrong code gives wrong results and the
user would be unaware I think this needs some priority. Regardless, I suspect
this could be a can of worms. It has been around a long time.
