            Bug ID: 126401
           Summary: param.def is still referenced in predict.def
           Product: gcc
           Version: 17.0
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Keywords: easyhack, internal-improvement
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P3
         Component: tree-optimization
          Assignee: unassigned at gcc dot gnu.org
          Reporter: pinskia at gcc dot gnu.org
  Target Milestone: ---

From predict.def:
```
/* Hints dropped by user via __builtin_expect feature.  Note: the
   probability of PROB_VERY_LIKELY is now overwritten by param
   builtin_expect_probability with a default value of HITRATE(90).
   Refer to param.def for details.  */
DEF_PREDICTOR (PRED_BUILTIN_EXPECT, "__builtin_expect", PROB_VERY_LIKELY,
               PRED_FLAG_FIRST_MATCH)
```

param.def has been done for years now (r10-4559-g7e1792c953ec54), it is now
params.opt.

The comment should be updated. I don't have time to do the updating but if
someone else wants to go for it.
