            Bug ID: 126452
           Summary: Typo in check for --gc-sections support in
                    acinclude.m4
           Product: gcc
           Version: 17.0
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: libstdc++
          Assignee: unassigned at gcc dot gnu.org
          Reporter: danglin at gcc dot gnu.org
  Target Milestone: ---

In this code,

      if $CC -c conftest.c; then
        if $LD --gc-sections -o conftest conftest.o 2>&1 | \
           grep "Warning: gc-sections option ignored" > /dev/null; then
          ac_gcsections=no
        fi
      fi

I believe "Warning" should be "warning", or accept both variants. Noticed
this in trying to get --gc-sections working for hppa64 in binutils.
