    This condition is always true as checked by verify_gimple_cond in
tree-cfg.cc.

    Bootstrapped and regtested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.

            * tree-ssa-ifcombine.cc (ifcombine_ifandif): Remove
            true condition.
