0001-fortran-Skip-artificial-dummies-in-C-pointer-checks-.patch

Skip the ISO_C_BINDING function check only for artificial dummies in inferred
interfaces. Declared interfaces remain checked. Compared with attachment
65169, this leaves the PR66973 check in place for real dummies. The new test
and generic_36-2 pass; check-fortran and the libgomp Fortran suites are clean.
