Adding Manjunath to the cc list. I think this bug has to be fixed in similar
lines of how PR116266 is being fixed. We need to separate out the altivec_v=
sel
insns also to report proper error message instead of ICEing.
If it is handled as part of that bug, we can mark this as duplicate.=
