The same SDK mechanism also affects rsize_t.
In sys/_types/_rsize_t.h, __has_feature(modules) selects the USE_CLANG_STDDEF
path, which defines __need_rsize_t and includes <stddef.h>. GCC's <stddef.h>
does not currently implement __need_rsize_t, so rsize_t remains undefined.
This is tracked with a testcase and preprocessed source in PR target/126782:

The later removal of GCC's __has_feature(modules) claim also avoids this SDK
