Seems to be still broken.

With this configure line

../gcc/configure --prefix=$HOME/work/x \
   --enable-languages=c,c++,fortran,lto,algol68,cobol \
   --enable-bootstrap --disable-multilib --without-libintl --disable-nls \
   --disable-libssp --enable-checking=yes \
   --enable-libgcobol \
   --with-target-libxml2-include=/usr/local/include/libxml2 \
   --with-target-libxml2-lib=/usr/local/lib


I eventually get here:

O_LARGEFILE is not posix.
