stderr output from valgrind per the comment

For an --enable-valgrind-annotations build of r17-3155 on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu
(Ubuntu 24.04), output from adding "-wrapper valgrind,-q" to the options found
in gfortran.log for "make check-fortran RUNTESTFLAGS=dg.exp=pr46884.f" in the
gcc object directory. (Note that --enable-valgrind-annotations, there's
additional output, which may be misleading.)
