I'd probably wait for Marek's https://wg21.link/P4101 implementation, then
META_TYPE (in his patch changed to LANG_TYPE) will be a normal runtime type, so
it will need to be handled in all ABIs (and should be handled similarly to
decltype(nullptr) (aka NULLPTR_TYPE).
Though, from this POV I'm not sure whether using LANG_TYPE is the best choice
compared to moving META_TYPE to tree.def, because the backends should handle
the reflection type like NULLPTR_TYPE, but LANG_TYPE can be anything.
