    xop-pcmov3.c: Disable AVX512F

    Since the *avx512vl_vternlogv4si_all pattern is enabled by TARGET_AVX512VL
    or TARGET_AVX512F && !TARGET_PREFER_AVX256, disable AVX512F to avoid

    FAIL: gcc.target/i386/xop-pcmov3.c scan-assembler vpcmov

    when TARGET_PREFER_AVX256 isn't enabled by default.

            PR testsuite/126923
            * gcc.target/i386/xop-pcmov3.c (dg-options): Replace -mno-avx512vl
            with -mno-avx512f.
