    x86: Disable AVX512BW for pr70325.c

    __builtin_ia32_storedquqi256_mask is available when both AVX512VL and
    AVX512BW are enabled.  Disable AVX512BW for pr70325.c to avoid

    FAIL: gcc.target/i386/pr70325.c  (test for warnings, line 11)

    due to the generated error:
