Hello,

I am sending this email regarding a clarification about the license of a
certain project called Cgicc, on the GNU website, the home page of Cgicc
says that it is under LGPL https://www.gnu.org/software/cgicc/index.html

However when you go to the download URL and download the package, the
COPYING file inside contains GPL 2.0.

So I am just wandering where is the mistake?
