make install did't run successfully

Sir/Madam,
 I downloded the file cgicc-3.2.2.tar.gz. Then run the
following commands in order to make the library.

#tar -zxvf cgicc-3.2.2.tar.gz
#cd cgicc3.2.2
#./configure --prefix=/usr

Above commands run successfully but the command
#make install 
did't run successfully, and I got the following
messages during the execution of make install.

Ultimately I didn't get library. Please help me in
building library.

I have Linux 6.2 OS and version of gcc/g++ is 1.1.2.
