CGICC compiling warning message on VC++ version 7.1

Dear Sir/Madam;

thank you for providing the cgicc program to public. The program is great.
I got the following warning messages when I  build cgicc version 3.2.3 with 
Microsoft Visual C++  version 7.1. It works fine though.
