problems in linking

Hi,
I installed the package as per the instructions. (./configure, make,
make install). I can also compile an application, but cannot link it. I
get a host of errors like

In function `main':
: undefined reference to
`cgicc::Cgicc::Cgicc[in-charge](cgicc::CgiInput*)'

How do i link it ?
