how to use cgicc with FASTcgi and cgic librairie from Thomas Boutell

I need help.

is it possible to use the cgicc with FASTcgi ( there is no example on doc ).
And alternatively using the very good CGIC lib from Tthomas Boutell. ???

Is there anyone who can show an example (very simple) of code that 
compile and run ?

Where can i find doc about subject.
