cross platform

I have cgicc running well on linux (redhat 8). However I have attempted
to compile cgicc using MS VC++ 6.0 so I may use the same library logic
on both platforms. I am unable to compile using MS VC++ 6.0. Has any one
be able to do so and if so how or could some one email me the cgicc.dll
for windows?
