can't cross compile

Hi

I am on a linux box, and I am doing cross compilation to a window target 
with MINGW.

I didn't manage to cross-compile the current version, but with the 3.0.2 
it compiles.

So I tried to make some test...on Linux I manage to instanciate a Cgicc 
class and all works well. But, under windows it can't instanciate...


Did someone have any idea ?
