[crosstool-ng/crosstool-ng] no release tag since 2018

    Sorry for the last mail without title. It maybe filtered by the spam detector.
    Here is what is want to say:

Any plan for new git-tag?

I found that the latest git tag is "crosstool-ng-1.23.0", released at 'Apr 13 08:43:42 2017'

That means there is no any release tag in 2018!

Could you please continue to support tags?
