    cobol: Use snprintf instead of strncpy in charmaps.cc.
    
    This change eliminates compiler warnings about strncpy.
    
    libgcobol/ChangeLog:
    
            * charmaps.cc (helpful_iconv_open): Use snprintf() instead of strncpy().
