    doc: Fix alphabetization for C Dialect Options
    
    gcc/ChangeLog
            * doc/invoke.texi (Options Summary) [C Language Options]:
            Group --ansi with -ansi since they are documented together.
            Correctly alphabetize -ffso-struct.
            (C Dialect Options): Likeise correctly alphabetize -ffso-struct.
