    Fix some mode switching doc/comment typos

    I found a few typos and inconsistent variable names in mode switching
    comments and documentation.  Fix them.

    gcc/ChangeLog:

            * config/aarch64/aarch64.cc (aarch64_mode_confluence): Fix
            comment typo.
            * target.def (mode_switching): Fix incorrect variable names in
            documentation.
            * doc/tm.texi: Regenerate.
