Could you give a bit more detail on the exact URL you are trying to
access (gitweb and the wiki use different anubis setups, one uses the
meta-refresh challenge, the other a javascript based one). And what
exactly "stuck" means? For a full investigation the exact time and the
(outgoing) ip address you are using might also helpful. Including the
particular browser and version you are using (and if using a different
one shows the same issue).

Those particular issues should have been fixed with another upgrade.
