That is the javascript challenge.
But I have never seen it just do a second round.

That is the meta-refresh challenge.
It simply should reload the page after 2 seconds.

How odd. I assume people have used Chrome before.  But if you have a
browser that does work I would recommend using that. I personally use
Firefox.
