GCC 13.4.1 Status Report (2026-08-07)

Status
======

The gcc-13 branch is open for regression and documentation fixes.
We plan to close the branch with the release of GCC 13.5 where
a release candidate is planned on Sep 4th and the release a
week after, Sep 11th.  Note that since this is going to be
the last release from the branch it's especially important
to be careful what to backport to not introduce regressions.

Please concentrate on regressions that were introduced
somewhere in between GCC 13.1 and now or wrong-code or similarly
important issues that came up in actual applications instead
of just in artificial code automatically generated.
