     fortran: Fix [PR124666] [16 Regression] [UBSAN] io.cc:290:27: runtime error

     Simple an obvious fix to avoid integer overflow.

             PR fortran/124666

     gcc/fortran/ChangeLog:

             * io.cc (format_lex): Use enclosing parens to subtract
             before adding.
