IEEE-128 long double needs the KFmode soft-float (and optional POWER9 hardware) support routines in libgcc. Add the t-float128 and t-float128-hw fragments for FreeBSD powerpc64*, gated on the same libgcc_cv_powerpc_float128[_hw] checks the linux configuration uses. libgcc/ChangeLog: * config.host (powerpc64*-*-freebsd*): Add rs6000/t-float128 and rs6000/t-float128-hw to tmake_file when supported.
