Hello Jerry and Toon, Thanks for the review; especially being corrected on attributions. This was a sin of omission, rather than commission, as you will discern from the text in the enclosing email. Sorry about that! Pushed as r17-3317 and backported to 16-branch. I will wait a few weeks before backporting to the other branches.
