Installing the GCC

Dear Sir or Madam,

I wrote this email to ask you a question about the GCC compiler.

I wanted to download the latest version of this software from your mirror
website, but as I was navigating throughout the mirror site, there were no
instructions on how to set up the compiler; within the folder, there were
only zip files and text.

Can you please explain how I can install the GCC compiler? Thank you.
