[PATCH v4 0/3] ivopt: Changes regarding reg pressure cost.

Hello everyone,
I'm sending a v4 as a change of the description of patch 2/3 was needed.
I would appreciate further feedback, as these patches make sense in theory
(or at the very least they do make sense to me), but we may see some
performance differences between different platforms.
