re: other/10799: constructors of static classes are not called

Hi,

I have tried the same test program with GCC v3.3. It shows the same result,
when trowing an exception the application is aborted. Even worse when an
member function is called the application jumps to a unkown address. Using
GCC 3.x the initialisation of static members is not done (see also #10778
and #10799).
