Obsolete (or multi-arch) GDB's z8k support

Hello,

The z8k target, currently included as part of the GDB distribution, has 
been identified as a candidate for obsolesence.  This target does not 
use GDB's new multi-arch framework, and, further, this target does not 
currently build.

All such targets are either being obsoleted or updated.

If you have any reservations over GDB's move to obsolete the z8k target 
(and/or are in a position to multi-arch it) please contact the gdb@ 
discussion list (reply-to set).
