Obsolete GDB's h8500 support

Hello,

The h8500hms target, currently included in the GDB distribution, has 
been identified as a candidate for obsolesence.  This target does not 
use GDB's multi-arch framework.  Further, it has been determined that 
this target has not functioned correctly since ~ '99.   All such targets 
are being obsoleted.

If you have any reservations over GDB's move to obsolete the h8500. 
target please contact the gdb@ discussion list (reply-to set).
