Obsolete SPARClite and SPARClet targets

Hello,

The SPARC variants:

	sparclet-*-*
	sparclite-*-*
	sparc86x-*-*

have been identified as candidates for obsolecence.  None of these are 
multi-arch, and all multi-arch targets are being removed.

The standard SPARC targets remain.

If you have any reservations over GDB's move to obsolete the any of 
these target please contact the gdb@ discussion list (reply-to set).
