Obsolete decstation/MIPS, NEWS-MIPS, RiscOS and non Irix SVR4

Hello,

GDB's MIPS directory still contains support for:

     decstation (mips-dec-*)
     news-mips (mips-sony-*)
     riscos (mips-*-riscos*)
     mipsv4 (mips-*-sysv4*)

Can anyone think of a good reason to retain these systems?

Looking at GCC there doesn't appear to be any compiler support so I 
doubt anyone could build ISO C GCC which would be a prereq to building 
ISO C GDB.
