I just found out that we do include gdb.pot in source tarballs, so that's
something (though I don't know if it's a mandatory part, that is, I don't known
if src-release.sh will break if gdb.pot can't be build).

I wonder if LLMs are any good at generating translation files.  If so, I wonder
if having LLM-generated translations files in-source would be a problem.
